Return & Refund Policy

At Bloomin L Florals, we take pride in handcrafting every dried and faux floral arrangement. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to make the return process as smooth as possible.

Custom Orders

  • All custom floral arrangements are made to order and are non-refundable and non-returnable due to their personalized nature.

Shop Items

  • Standard shop items may be returned for a refund within 15 days of receipt.

  • To request a return, please email bloominlflorals@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the product.

  • Items must be returned in their original, undamaged condition. Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned items.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Rent & Return (UK only)

  • Some bouquets are available for the Rent & Return option. You pay the full price at checkout, and if the bouquet is returned in good condition within the agreed rental period, 40% of the product price (excluding shipping) will be refunded.

  • Bouquets must be returned undamaged and securely packaged.

  • Late, incomplete, or damaged returns may receive a reduced or no refund.

Damaged or Lost Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will assess the issue and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, partial refund, or store credit.

  • If a package is lost in transit, we will do everything possible to locate it. If the package cannot be found within 3 months, a partial refund of 80% of the item price will be issued.
