Return & Refund Policy
At Bloomin L Florals, we take pride in handcrafting every dried and faux floral arrangement. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to make the return process as smooth as possible.
Custom Orders

All custom floral arrangements are made to order and are non-refundable and non-returnable due to their personalized nature.
Shop Items

Standard shop items may be returned for a refund within 15 days of receipt.

To request a return, please email bloominlflorals@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the product.

Items must be returned in their original, undamaged condition. Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned items.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Rent & Return (UK only)

Some bouquets are available for the Rent & Return option. You pay the full price at checkout, and if the bouquet is returned in good condition within the agreed rental period, 40% of the product price (excluding shipping) will be refunded.

Bouquets must be returned undamaged and securely packaged.

Late, incomplete, or damaged returns may receive a reduced or no refund.
Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will assess the issue and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, partial refund, or store credit.

If a package is lost in transit, we will do everything possible to locate it. If the package cannot be found within 3 months, a partial refund of 80% of the item price will be issued.
