Do you offer custom floral designs?
Absolutely! In fact, custom designs are one of my favourite parts of what I do. Whether you have a vision already or you need help figuring it all out, I’ll work with you to create something that feels so you. Just note that custom orders are made especially for you, so they’re non-refundable.

What’s the Rent & Return option all about?
I understand how spendy weddings can be, which is what sparked my passion for faux and dried florals in the first place! It’s also why I offer a Rent & Return option on bouquets listed in the shop (UK only). You pay the full price up front, then once you return the flowers in good condition, you’ll get 40% of the product price back (excluding shipping). It’s a lovely way to save money and reduce waste. Win-win!

Can I rent a custom bouquet?
Since custom designs are made just for you (and often can’t be reused), they’re only available to purchase, not rent. But if you’re looking for something that fits your vibe and want to rent, take a peek at my shop bouquets; I’ve poured love into each one!

How long does delivery take?
Once your order is confirmed, it takes around 2 weeks for me to source and put your flowers together. For custom orders, I will then send pictures for your approval. When it comes to shipping, it takes 1-2 days for orders within the UK and 5-7 days for worldwide orders. In a hurry? I offer expedited worldwide shipping for a cost of £60.

What happens if my flowers arrive damaged?
Oh no, that’s the last thing I want! If anything arrives damaged, just send me some clear photos within 48 hours of delivery and I’ll do my best to make it right, whether that’s a replacement or partial refund.

Can I keep my rented flowers if I fall in love with them?
Honestly, I don’t blame you – it happens! While the Rent & Return option is meant for temporary use, just let me know if you’d like to keep them and I’ll sort out the difference in price.
